Well it really depends on your body, some people can loose weight much faster than others. All it takes is dedication! To get the faster results to have to commit to it much harder! NO junk, and exercise A LOT ! and even then it will take a few weeks to see results, if you want to loose the weight healthily ! You need to eat healthy ! and in moderation! Some tend to loose weight by just cutting down the meal size ! Simple substitutions can go along way ! such as swapping white bread to wholemeal ( white bread is terrible! it is full of sugar !) or swapping full cream milk to light or swapping a soda to water ! Snacking throughout the day can also help, because it keeps you metabolism working which will help break down the work faster ! Things like green tea, water and almonds also speed up your metabolism ! Exercising every day, could be useless if you aren’t reaching that intensity needed to burn off all the calories you ate that day ! I say go hard or go home !
